1. General Provisions

takbet is an online betting and casino platform providing services to Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the platform.

2. Membership and Account

To become a member of takbet, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be cancelled and any stored balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Account security

2.3 Accuracy of provided information

If false information is provided at registration or at any later time, the account will be cancelled and all pending withdrawals will be put on hold. Cooperating with the identity verification process is an obligation of every member.

3. Age Limit and Identity Verification

To become a member of takbet and participate in any betting or casino activity, you must be at least 21 years of age (21+). Allowing a minor to open or use an account is legally punishable and ethically unacceptable.

3.1 Identity verification process

takbet may request documents from a member at any time to verify their identity. Required documents may include:

• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete. This measure is taken to prevent money laundering and to protect user security.

3.2 Protection of minors

If a minor's account is identified, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled. Parents and guardians are requested to monitor minors' internet use.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals at takbet may only be made through methods registered on the platform.

4.1 Accepted payment methods

takbet supports the following methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.3 Source of funds

A member may only deposit funds from a valid account they personally own. Using a third party's account or card is prohibited. If funds are deposited from an illegal or unknown source, the transaction will be cancelled and the account may come under investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal conditions

The relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance. It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same. A verification request may be made before a withdrawal is confirmed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

takbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, and if those terms are not met, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.1 Welcome bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; to withdraw, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered. This bonus is not a cash substitute — the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

5.2 Other promotions

• Weekly takbet Recharge Festival: 50% of deposit, up to ৳3,000; wager 15 times; minimum deposit ৳200.
• takbet Cricket Special: 30% of deposit, up to ৳2,000; wager 12 times; cricket markets only.
• Birthday takbet Reward: up to ৳1,000; wager 10 times; once per year for verified members.
• Refer a Friend takbet Win: up to ৳500; wager 8 times; for each successful referral.
• Friday takbet Slot Blast: 40% of deposit, up to ৳2,500; wager 20 times; every Friday on slots.

5.3 General bonus terms

If another bonus is active at the same time as a promotion, they may not be combined. The maximum bet limit may not be exceeded using bonus balance — the detailed guidelines for each takbet promotion include the maximum bet information. Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent activity will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account being closed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

takbet offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other gaming products. Each game has its own rules, which are shown in the game interface.

6.1 Bet acceptance and cancellation conditions

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it generally cannot be changed. However, in cases of technical error, publication of incorrect odds, or game integrity issues, takbet reserves the right to cancel or correct a bet. In such rare situations, the deposited amount will be refunded.

6.2 Prohibited activities

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Conducting transactions using another member's information
• Participating in match fixing or organised result manipulation

6.3 Game results

The results of games operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology are entirely random and not predetermined. Live dealer game results are determined by reliable studio technology. The result recorded on the game company's server is considered final.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

In the following situations, takbet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Refusal of identity verification or provision of false information
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• Operating multiple accounts
• Identified as a minor

7.1 Voluntary account closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they may contact the support team. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, however any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will be cancelled.

7.2 Inactive accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, takbet will send a warning to the registered email.

8. Intellectual Property

The takbet website, mobile application, logo, designs, content, and software are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Copying, modifying, distributing, or selling these materials for any purpose beyond personal use is prohibited.

Third-party game software and content are the property of the respective developers and their rights are fully protected. This content may not be used without permission through the takbet platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

takbet strives to ensure the highest level of uninterrupted service. However, takbet accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If a game or bet is cancelled due to loss of internet connection
• If service is disrupted due to issues with third-party software or servers
• If loss occurs due to an unexpected technical error
• If access to an account is gained due to the user's own negligence

In any situation, takbet's total liability will not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the relevant incident.

10. Privacy and Data
